In December 2020, as a Grade 12 student, I emailed Greg Brockman asking to try GPT-3 for learning. Four days later, I received an invitation to OpenAI’s API Slack. I’ve kept experimenting with technology ever since, building tools for problems I run into myself.
03 / About me
I grew up in Vadodara and spent a school year in Mulhouse, France. The exchange meant learning in French, living with host families and making friends far from home. It also gave me my love for wandering around cities and noticing the art on their streets.
In college, constantly changing class links annoyed me enough to learn AppGyver and Firebase. I built an app with our timetable, resources and inside jokes, then shared it on WhatsApp. People still remember me as the person who made it for them.
Working in audit later taught me to slow down before proposing a fix: read the evidence and talk to the person who actually handles the process. That lesson still follows me into the things I build and the businesses I study.
